IRVING, Texas, Dec. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- XBP Global Holdings, Inc. (“XBP Global” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: XBP), a workflow automation leader that leverages decades of industry experience, a global footprint, and agentic AI to rethink business process automation and digital transformation, announced a strategic, multi-year partnership with a leading U.S. based property and casualty (P&C) insurance provider. The engagement, valued at approximately $24 million over five years, will modernize the insurer’s payment ecosystem through XBP’s intelligent, automation solutions.

As part of the partnership, XBP will deploy its advanced AI-driven and RPA-infused automation platform to digitize and streamline end-to-end payment operations specifically designed for the P&C insurance processing. A key component of this transformation is the implementation of XBP’s Mobile Payment solution, enabling secure, seamless, and compliant mobile transactions for policyholders while significantly enhancing speed and convenience.

Leveraging XBP’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technology, the insurer will automate the capture, extraction, and validation of payment-related data, reducing manual intervention and accelerating reconciliation. XBP will also implement its Exception Platform and correspondence digitization capabilities to intelligently manage exceptions, improve accuracy, and ensure faster resolution across remittance and payment workflows.

The engagement will further convert paper-based correspondence into secure digital formats, improving operational efficiency, strengthening compliance, and reducing processing time. Together, these capabilities create a future-ready payments framework that blends AI, RPA, and mobile-first innovation to support scalability and evolving client expectations.

“We are proud to partner with a leading insurer to reimagine payment operations through our AI-driven, hyper-automation enabled ecosystem,” said Lakshmi Narayanan, President – Bills and Payments, XBP Americas. “This engagement highlights the growing demand for intelligent, mobile-enabled payment solutions that deliver efficiency, accuracy, and an improved customer experience at scale.”

This collaboration with XBP will enable the modernization of the client’s payments infrastructure through a secure, mobile-enabled, and automation-led approach that enhances efficiency while advancing compliance and customer experience goals.

All forward-looking statements are based on estimates, forecasts, and assumptions that are inherently uncertain and subject to risks and factors that could cause actual results to differ materially. Readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements, which speak only as of the date made.
